A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 04:43 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2 km section from the 1118-ray, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Gangseo-gu, to the erode elementary school located in the Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to the erode elementary school located in the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu.
