Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2020, the Defendant driven an EF rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.094% from the 30-meter section from the front of Pyeongtaek-si C cafeteria located in Pyeongtaek-si to the front of D in the same city.
