Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highly 1203] Around 16:20 on July 18, 2014, the Defendant driven a diesel village 11th apartment 103, which was under the influence of alcohol of 0.068% at the 0.068% of blood alcohol level, and driven a diesel village 100 meters off from the front of the 103rd apartment 103rd to the front of the 11st vehicle and horse in the same Dong.

[2015 Height 100] On November 30, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court, and on September 15, 2014, after receiving a summary order of a fine of 5 million won for the same crime, the Defendant is currently pending in the trial.

On October 27, 2014, at around 04:20, the Defendant driven a CF car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.130% without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 7km section from the front of the CF car in the city of Kim Sea to the front of the Hyundai MF Bank Oil Station in the same city of east-dong from the front of the road.
