A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2017, the Defendant reported that a female-friendly group was damaged by a crime and 112 reported at around 01:51 on July 3, 2017 at the Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-dong Police Station B, C, a police officer, etc. who received a report and received a request from the police officer to verify the location of a female-friendly group, etc., but the details of the report were sent to the police officer without a proper explanation. In the course of escape, the Defendant also inflicted an injury on another police officer who prevented the Defendant’s vehicle during the course of escape, resulting in a traffic accident leading to other vehicles, and also resulting in an escape.
