When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2018, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.119% from the 2km section to the front road from the 2km section, which is in the vicinity of the water station in the Sucheon-dong, Gancheon-si, Suwon-si, the wind of which is located in the water zone (U.S.), to the front road.
