Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as a security guard in the apartment B in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.

On June 3, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (3) who is the electrical owner of the management office of the above apartment in the apartment management office and the automatic entrance repair problem. During the dispute, the Defendant committed assault, such as flabing down the bat of the victim and flabing the left arms.
