Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2012, the Defendant is the driver of Csi, and around 02:40 on January 3, 2012, the Defendant was driving the said taxi with one lane in front of the lower investment finance located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, to turn to the left from the right edge on the side of the hot spring market.
