Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2015, at around 03:55, the Defendant followed the Victim E(28 years of age)’s shoulder and the Defendant’s shoulder at the street in front of the D convenience point in the vicinity of the former Kimhae-si, and followed the Victim who was frighting the above market alley in spite of the Defendant’s death, and returned back the said market alley to the Defendant, and followed the Victim’s Sheet, “dyp, gyp, gyp, gyp, gyp, gyp, gyp, gyp.,” while continuously bling the fat of the Victim’s face and chest with the victim’s face at around 10 times with the floor of hand and drinking. In short, the Victim’s hair was faced with the wall of the building, and the victim was faced with the victim, and the victim was faced with about two weeks in need of open treatment for about two weeks.
