A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall order 80 hours to complete the sexual assault treatment program.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 24, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence of public places) entered into and intruded from a mobile phone with a view to photographing a woman who is viewed as a meltine from a 2nd female toilet underground of the Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, the second-class female toilet, Goyang-si, with a view to photographing it

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On September 24, 2015, the Defendant, using a cell phone exclusive for the “malker,” which was hidden in the scarra in the test color, taken a photograph of the victim’s bridge and the scar in the manner of bringing the above bank under the back of the victim’s name in his/her name by using the cell phone exclusive for the “malker,” the Defendant taken the victim’s bridge and the scar in his/her own will against the victim’s will, and taken a photograph of the victim’s bridge from October 24, 2015 in a public place, such as a subway station (D, E, F), E, bus stop, etc. adjacent to the C commercial building as described in paragraph (1) by the foregoing method, as described in attached Table 2 of the Day of Crimes, on 93 occasions, as indicated in attached Table 2.

B. On the same day, the Defendant taken a photograph of the victim G (the age of 33) against his/her will to view the change of the cell phone used by the Defendant at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1), and on the same day at the same place, taken four times, such as the list 1 of the crimes committed in attached Form 1.
