A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. From around 19:50 on November 13, 2012, the Defendant cut off six half cycles equivalent to 12,70,000,000 won in total of the market price from around 19:0 to January 31, 2013, by means of a similar way on five occasions, such as in the list of crimes in attached Form, such as intrusion into the church through the entrance that was not corrected until the 19:50,000 won;

On February 15, 2013, at around 17:45, 17:45, G principales not corrected for the purpose of theft of property from the G principal managed by the victim F in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul E, and enter the said church into the victim’s structure, and intrudes the victim’s structure;

B. At the same time and place as referred to in the above paragraph (a), the victim Fergs owned by him and the victim Fergs with an amount equivalent to KRW 1,500,000 per half-day market price.
