Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has flicked the victim who drives a motor vehicle with the hand and the power of the defendant, etc., and then acquired money from the victims by pretending that the victims were unable to properly drive the motor vehicle and there was an accident.
1. 3.
