1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,60,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 17, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

On May 13, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 31,000,000 to the Defendant without setting interest; (b) the method of repayment shall be KRW 100,000 per month from July 27, 2010 to June 28, 2014; and (c) the repayment shall be made in installments from July 28, 2014 to the full payment date; and (d) the repayment shall be made in installments from July 28, 2014 to the full payment date; and (d) the Plaintiff shall be immediately paid the total amount of the loan to the Plaintiff, even if the installment payment is in arrears once.

On the other hand, the defendant paid KRW 4,400,00 from October 25, 2010 to December 26, 2014, but lost the benefit of time due to delinquency in payment of the installment.
