The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is merely a justifiable act in which the defendant gets the head of the victim's hair and marks the victim's hair, with the victim's chest attached to the defendant's escape.

2. In light of the facts and degree, etc., the defendant's act cannot be deemed as a justifiable act in light of the following, even though the defendant discovered the victim's wife who was sent to the defendant for a period of up to ten years, and put the victim not to flee, as alleged by the defendant, the crime of this case is committed in light of the victim's head collection before the victim's residence, and the defendant's act cannot be deemed as a justifiable act in light of the circumstances and degree of the assault committed. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
