On April 26, 2013, the Plaintiff sold the building, including the above section for exclusive use, to the Defendant for the purchase price of KRW 700,000,00,000,00 from Daejeon-gu, Seo-gu, and three lots of ground reinforced concrete menters, which was the 7th floor roof of Pyeongtaekbromob, to the Defendant.

The Plaintiff received KRW 500 million out of the purchase price from the Defendant until May 23, 2013, and the Plaintiff’s in-house director E, from the Defendant’s representative director F on May 23, 2013, concluded that the above purchase price shall be changed from KRW 700 million to KRW 650 million, and that the Defendant shall pay the remainder of KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff up to December 31, 2013 until December 31, 2013, and the remainder of KRW 100 million to the Plaintiff by July 31, 2014.
