Defendant shall be punished by a fine of nine million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) that is a person who is engaged in driving a Grandroth.

On November 13, 2019, at around 18:05, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.075% of blood alcohol level, and the three-dong public parking lot front of the 2nd public parking lot in Busan, Daegu, Busan, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level to turn to the left in the direction of the Library.
