【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C Poter Cargo Vehicle.

1. On November 3, 2014, the Defendant was punished twice or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license). On November 3, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.212% without a driver’s license, and driven the said vehicle at a 1km section from the 5th exit in the Seocho-gu Yang Jae-dong Station, Seocho-gu, Seoul to the 1km road in the same Dong.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the provisions of “the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol” on more than two occasions, driven a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, in violation of the same provision.

2. On November 3, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter “Dangerous Punishment, etc.”) led the Defendant to proceed at an influence rate depending on one lane of the four-lane road in the direction of the “forest of the Haak-in Citizens” from the Japanese pharmaceutical street-distance side in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
