The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 19, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:50 on May 19, 2017, when 6-7 members, such as other figures, etc., appear in front of the C office located in Gongju-si B, and when the victim D expressed his desire to talk in the currency as a daily problem before the previous day, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly by saying, “this ring-out, sponse, and pack.”

2. We examine the judgment. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the facts that the victim cancels the complaint against the defendant on September 26, 2017, which was after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
