A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 40 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

가. 아동청소년의성보호에관한법률위반(음란물제작배포등) 피고인은 2019. 9. 30. 18:04경 트위터를 통해 알게 된 피해자 B(가명, 여, 15세)를 피고인이 거주하고 있는 고양시 일산서구 C 아파트 D호로 유인한 후, 검정색 매직으로 피해자의 양쪽 허벅지에 ‘걸레중학생, 빽보오니홀’, 피해자의 배꼽 밑 부분에 ‘정액변소’, 피해자의 엉덩이 왼쪽 부위에는 ‘16살 正’, 엉덩이 오른쪽 부위에는 '개보지 正'이라고 각각 적은 다음 피고인이 소지하고 있던 갤럭시 S10 휴대폰으로 피해자와 성관계를 하는 모습을 동영상 및 사진으로 촬영하였다.

As a result, the Defendant produced obscene materials using children and juveniles.

B.
