Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car.

1. On January 31, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) driven the said car without a driver’s license on January 10, 2012; and (b) Seongdong-gu Seoul Seongdong-gu 2, Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, 277-521, the Defendant driven the side of the car at a speed of speed at the speed of the speed of the hour, along the opposite side of the water surface from the Radsung-dong,
