1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the 1st floor of 1658.81 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached list.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 30, 2002, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease term as 1658.81 square meters of the 1st floor among the buildings listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant store”) from December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2007, with the lease deposit as 50 million won, monthly rent as 31,000,000 won (excluding value-added tax), excluding the exclusive electricity fee as 2,50,000 won (excluding value-added tax).

B. The plaintiff is the above A.

On March 6, 2007, prior to the termination date of the lease agreement specified in the paragraph, the lease term for the instant store was from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2010, and the lease deposit was KRW 500,000,000 (excluding value-added tax), monthly rent is KRW 37,00,000 (excluding value-added tax), and management expenses are KRW 3,00,000 (excluding value-added tax), and the monthly rent and management expenses are paid at the end of each month, and each lease contract was concluded (hereinafter “the instant lease contract”).

On December 10, 2010, before the termination date of the instant lease agreement, the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendant to extend the lease term of the instant lease from January 1, 201 to December 31, 2012.

C. On May 10, 2012, the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendant to change the term of lease among the terms and conditions of the instant lease from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015, into KRW 50,000 (excluding value-added tax), management expenses to KRW 3,00,000 (excluding value-added tax), and again, on January 11, 2016, the term of lease among the terms and conditions of the instant lease is from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 202, from KRW 10 to KRW 30,000 (excluding value-added tax); from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 202 to KRW 10,000 (excluding value-added tax); from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017 to KRW 30,000 (excluding value-added tax).
