A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On February 15, 2018, at around 03:20 on February 15, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol by 0.160%, and led to the driving of the said car in front of Suwon-si C in the direction of the water station at the distance of each mountain road.

A person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by operating direction direction, etc. when changing the vehicle line, giving prior notice of change of course and taking into account the traffic conditions of the front and rear left-hand.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went along a single lane and changed the course to a three-lane from the two-lanes to the two-lanes, due to the negligence of changing the course into the left side of the said vehicle, received the two-lanes in front of the right side of the victim D(54 years old) driving, which was proceeding along the three-lanes.

The Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time damaged the said taxi to be in excess of KRW 1,025,231.
