A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established in Boan-si C for the purpose of conducting specialized construction business of fire-fighting equipment on February 5, 2002, and Defendant B is a business owner and a person in charge of safety management of the “E (E)-fighting facility repair business” in Pyeongtaek-si D, a representative director of the above corporation A, which he works for the corporation A as the representative director.
1.
