1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 207,00,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from May 24, 2013 to July 25, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person established to engage in broadcasting business, etc., and the Plaintiff is a company that received production subsidies, etc. necessary for the installation of the drama, etc. from the Defendant, and decided to produce the drama called “influenite,” and the Defendant is a local government that decided to provide the Plaintiff with production support related to the construction of the drama.
B. (1) The Plaintiff decided to manufacture the instant drama around April 201, and planned to attract the remainder of 13 billion won to the outside, while making a total of 25 billion won for the drama production.
(2) The Plaintiff was promised by the Defendant to select the Domdo Island located in the city of the head of the city of the city in Busan as the place for the establishment of the instant drama, and to receive 10,000 square meters of land within the construction site of the Domdo.
(3) On September 201, the Plaintiff agreed to receive support for the production of the instant drama from the Defendant, such as the Busan City, the High Atomic Energy Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Committee”), the Korea hydroelectric Energy Headquarters (hereinafter “Korea Atomic Energy Center”), etc., in addition to the Defendant, as well as the Defendant. Around September 201, the Plaintiff received a subsidy of KRW 3 billion from the Defendant, KRW 3 billion from the Busan City, KRW 3 billion from the Han Institute, and KRW 3 billion from the Han Institute, and used it for the creation of the instant drama theater, and used it for other production costs, such as public relations activities, with KRW 4 billion subsidized by the Committee.
C.
