When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the EMW car over a section of about 3 km from the Busan Northern-gu B B-do parking lot to the D-W road located in C, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.156% among blood transfusion around 23:00.
