A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2013, at around 00:35, the Defendant, on the front side of “C” located in Dongducheon-si B, 2013. On the part of “C”, the Defendant: (a) had a dispute with the male in the name of the victim D, and reported that the victim was standing next to the victim, and (b) the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol, had considered that the victim was working with a male in the name of the victim, and had the victim paid a trial expenses; (c) began to dispute over the flabing and drinking flab; and (d) the Defendant also had the victim’s face by drinking flab.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as an insular part, in which the number of days of treatment can not be known.
