A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

From October 2010 to March 10, 2012, the Defendants habitually 80 times in total by raising the 50,000 won to KRW 20,00 to KRW 20,00,00, in a way that the Defendants received the first four copies at the “D Senior Welfare Center” of Defendant A’s management in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by exchanging the cards on three occasions according to the order of the first four, and then, after the final distribution of the cards, the Defendants carried out a show of money received by a person with a different pattern or a low number of card, among the remaining cards.
