A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant's disclosure of information to the public shall be made through an information and communications network for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. In the event that the Defendant continued to be unable to commit rape in the second floor toilets of the H building at the time and time indicated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant committed an injury by robbery: (a) with the intent of taking the victim’s rooms by force; and (b) with a view to getting off the bank in order to get off the bank without cutting off the bank, the Defendant took away the victim’s face from the bank, such as wallets, passport, blus, etc. containing 20,000 won in cash; and (c) with approximately three weeks of medical treatment, the Defendant forcibly taken the victim’s bank by taking off the victim’s face from the bank, such as boom, passport, blus, etc.
