A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a cargo driver of the Poter.

1. On June 25, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) operated the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.129% without a vehicle driver’s license, from around a restaurant in the mutual influence of Seoyang-si, Busan Metropolitan City to the front of a restaurant in the same city of Jinyang-Eup located in the same city of Jinyang-si.
