1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 64,00,000 as well as KRW 44,00,000 among them, from November 11, 2014 to the date of full payment.

In light of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff loaned KRW 44,00,000 to the defendant on August 13, 2012 after the due date for payment. The defendant agreed to pay the plaintiff KRW 44,00,000 as interest between the loan principal and the loan principal until October 31, 2014, while the loan was not repaid, and the plaintiff paid KRW 20,00,000 as interest between the loan principal and the loan principal. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff KRW 64,00,000 and the loan principal principal KRW 44,00,00,000 among the loan principal at the plaintiff's request, and the plaintiff's claim for damages for delay by 20,000 per annum from November 11, 2014 on the record that the delivery of copy of the complaint of this case is the next day after the due date of payment.
