Defendant

A The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A ( South and 37 years of age) is a worker who operates a Dom cream in a factory "D" factory.

Defendant

B ( South, 48 years old) is the head of the work team who manages the site of the above company, and the defendant C ( South, 29 years old) is a worker who performs gold operations in the above company, and the defendant B and the defendant C are relatives.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:40 on July 27, 2016; (b) around Kimhae-si; (c) around D factories; and (d) during Crein adjustment work, employees working together in the same workplace expressed a large amount of voice on the ground that he did not facilitate the work of carrying gold products in the Creination; (b) the victim B, the working group leader of the Working Group, “I am hicking and continuing to do so”; and (c) the victim B, “I hicking and continuing to do so”; and (d) the victim’s arms, which are dangerous goods in the vicinity, hicking the victim one time, and knish the victim’s knife and sealed the victim, thereby causing the victim’s injury, such as salt and tension of the part in need of medical treatment for about 14 days.

B. A special assault: (a) immediately after the assaulting the victim B, the Defendant did not participate in the crime and took one food knife, which is a dangerous thing in the main room of the factory F2th floor; and (b) committed assault by other descendants by finding the victim who had been working again, using the above food knife while putting the victim’s knife with other hand.

2. Defendant B’s Defendant 1-A at the same date, time, and place as set forth in paragraph 1-A, and in response to the victim’s bathing and assault, frightened the victim’s chest by pushing the victim’s chest, destroying the victim’s satisf by sating satching it into the floor, leaving the victim’s satch by drinking satfing the victim’s face, walking the victim’s bridge by drinking satisfing the victim’s face, and setting up the victim’s knick and threatening the victim’s knife at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1-B.
