Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 15:59 on February 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a B cruise car and driven a two-lane 30-lane prior to that of the victim’s vehicle in front of the 20-lane U.S. apartment in the front of the 20-lane 40 U.S. at the time of globalization; (b) changed the DK 3 vehicle driven by the victim C (V, 29 years of age) to a green signal at the front of the 2010-lane 1, the Defendant changed the two-lane from the first lane to the two-lane 1; and (c) the victim changed the course to the three-lane 1 to the three-lane 1, the Defendant changed the two-lane to the two-lane 1, and the victim changed the course to the three-lane 1, thereby obstructing the victim from driving the two-lane.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.
