A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a member of the former E-political Party from 202 to 2013, and was withdrawn from the E-political Party on September 25, 2013. On November 21, 2011, the defendant was forced to make a favorable appraisal to F of the D-Si Council member belonging to the same Do Council member.
