A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. Defendant A, at the F office located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, around March 2010, introduced B the branch office and agreed to receive 5% of the shares in the game room and introduced G as the branch office, at the F office in Seo-gu, Daejeon.

6. By January 1, 200, in the Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon: (a) opened a game room in the name of “I Gameland” under the said G on the ground of the said G; (b) established a 47 game machine in the sea-going gaming machine, which is an employee, by employing J, K and L; (c) made customers finding the place run the game in accordance with credit granted by inserting 10,000 won; and (d) made them run the game in accordance with credit granted by inserting down 10,00 won; and (c) carried out the speculative act using a speculative machine in the name of 5,000 won; and (d) made them exchange with cash customers excluding 10% of commission in exchange for the name, and engaged in the speculative act by again purchasing 5,00 won of commission chips.
Accordingly, the Defendants were engaged in speculative businesses in collusion with G, J, K, and L.
B. On March 2010, Defendant A and Defendant B asked G to take charge of the role of the president of the game site operated by Defendant B, stating that “I would have the branch office to operate the game room,” and that “I would give KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won,” at the above F office at the above F office, and I would like to request G to take the role of the president of the game site operated by Defendant B.
On June 1, 2010, while operating a game room as mentioned in the same paragraph, the game room was controlled by the above game room, the defendant A told the above G that "I am well grounded in the usual entertainment room as if they were naturally engaged in the business, and I am well aware of it, and we do not know about it, once you enter the police, and will receive an investigation or treatment, and I am know of the inside and make it possible to make a false confession."
