A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. In around 04:00 on July 24, 2017, the injured Defendant, based on the fact that the victim D(s) who is a female living together in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu C and 302, had been living together with another female at the singing room on the day before this day, the injured Defendant inflicted injury upon the victim by multiple times, such as the victim’s her two hand floor when the victim’s bucks, and walking on the part of his/her inner and inner part, such as he/she saws the victim’s bucks, and walking on the part of his/her way of treatment.
2. Special intimidation and injury Defendant found the above house on July 1, 2017, on the ground that the victim D, who is a female living together at a place prescribed in paragraph (1) around 16:00, showed the victim’s Hague characters to the above Defendant, and the victim’s body was found to be satisfyed due to a new attack located therein, and the victim’s body was satisfyed, and the victim’s body was satisfyed and drinking. 3. Injury;

B. On August 1, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:00, paid a card near Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City for convenience, but did not make a payment, making the face of the victim D (n, 45 years old), who is a woman living together, take head knife by cutting head knife and walking head knife, and walking the victim's body from a step back to the house. On the other hand, the Defendant continued to arrive at the place under paragraph (1) to walk back the victim's face knife by drinking, and walking the victim's body in several times due to the outbreak.
