Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a seafarer of the inshore fishing vessel B (13 tons) of the inshore fishing vessel at the time of a pregnant woman in the Haan-gun in South and North Korea.

On November 10, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) considered that the Defendant reported the Defendant to the police by the victim D, who is another seafarer, to another seafarer, at the bed room, at the bed of the former crew; (b) on November 10, 2017, the Defendant used the victim’s left snow part of the victim’s face one time, on the ground that the Defendant was frighted to the bed of the victim by assaulting the Defendant by assaulting the Defendant; and (c) assaulted the victim at the bed of the victim’s face.
