A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 22:40 on July 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses from the injured party C (the South and the North 49 years of age) of the victim C (the victim) in Gumi-si B on July 5, 2020 to “a change in business interference;” and (b) taken the drinking water and water coming into a cooling house with a door of the victim’s singing practice room on the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim and interfered with the singing operation of the victim by force.

On May 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 15:30 on May 18, 2020, the victim G (n, 29 years of age) who is an employee of the F shop located in Gu, Si, Si, Si, Si, Gun, tried to carry a mobile phone displayed at the same location on the ground that he does not open a mobile phone, and obstructed the victim’s mobile phone sales by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour for a period of no more than a hour, including 1 hour, by spreading coffees on his body, skes, and sound.

On May 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the glass door which is owned by the victim I of the market price of KRW 275,000 on the ground that the Defendant did not properly handle the work at the police box on the first floor of the H room room commercial in the Gu-si, Si-si, Si-si on May 18, 2020; and (b) destroyed the glass door which is owned by the victim I of the market price of KRW 275,00.
