1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 1,300,000 and as regards it,
Reasons
1. On December 25, 2012, the Plaintiff and C, a 1/2 equity right holder of each real estate indicated in the separate sheet indicating the claim, entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant by setting the lease deposit of KRW 10,000,000 per annum and KRW 400,000 per annum. The Plaintiff is obligated to terminate the above lease agreement on the grounds of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent. The Plaintiff is obligated to deliver the real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, deliver the real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, and pay the amount equivalent to 1/2 of the overdue rent and unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
