1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. The following facts are acknowledged to the effect that there is no dispute or the entire pleadings, in addition to each macro- documentary evidence.
The term "A building" on the D ground of Suwon-si is an aggregate building of the size of the second and the sixth above ground level (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case").
The building area is 593.01 square meters, and the total floor area is 4862.53 square meters (hereinafter referred to as "house tower").
