Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On Nov. 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) around 23:00 on Nov. 20, 2016, the Defendant reported the victim D, the Defendant’s day-to-day Party E, the Defendant’s day-to-day Party E, the Defendant’s day-to-day Party F, the Defendant’s day-to-day Party F, the Defendant’s day-to-day side of the victim D, was fright at the victim G head and left part of the victim G, which is the first day-to-day side of the victim D, and fright over the victim’s day-to-day side, and frighted the victim’s knee, and fright at the victim D’s drafting to commit assault with F in cooperation with the victim.

2. On November 20, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, at around 23:25, 2016, sealed the Defendant as above in front of the said restaurant, and obstructed the legitimate performance of duties by the police officer, by arresting F as a flagrant offender, and making the police officer assigned to the H Gyeong-gu Police Station of the Ansan-gu Police Station of the Ansan-gu, Busan-gu, the police station: (a) arrested F as a flagrant offender; and (b) making the patrol vehicle take the front door of the patrol vehicle in his/her hand; and (c) making the patrol vehicle start off by placing the patrol vehicle in his/her hand; and (d) interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties.
