Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the representative of Jung-gu, Incheon, B and C in the third floor, expressed a kind of friendship with members of the National Assembly, and the victim requested the defendant to find employment of the E around June 2014.

On July 4, 2014, the Defendant, within the coastal passenger terminal management center office located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, sought employment of the children to the National Assembly by speaking to the assistants of the National Assembly members.
