A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized articles 2, 3, 5 through 10 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall keep, deliver or distribute any access medium while promising to receive, demand or promise the payment in using or managing access medium used in electronic financial transactions.
