1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendant Military Mutual-Aid Association shall have KRW 226,304,505 as well as its related amount from January 9, 2015 to June 29, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Party 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s position in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-ro 8-ro 34 (Insular Dong), the five underground floors and the 16th floor of the 16th floor of the ground-based lusium 3 apartment complex (hereinafter “instant building”).
In order to manage the 150 households of multi-family housing and their ancillary facilities among them, the Defendant Military Mutual Aid Association is an executor who constructed and sold the instant building, and the two-party construction company (hereinafter “balp construction”) is a contractor who newly constructed the instant building under a contract with the Defendant Military Mutual Aid Association to construct the instant building, and the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance”) guarantees the repair of defects in the instant building.
B. On August 25, 2004, the two-use construction contracts concluded with the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. on each of the instant contracts for the repair of defects (hereinafter “each of the instant contracts”) with respect to the apartment units among the instant buildings, and was issued with the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd., respectively.

C. The instant building was inspected on May 17, 2004 for the pre-use inspection and defect 1, 204. The instant building was constructed on the instant building, but the said construction was not constructed on the part to be constructed in accordance with the design drawing as to the instant building, or was defective construction or defective construction.
