Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2018, at around 14:40, the Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting C to check the Defendant’s personal information by receiving a report from a customer center in the area of urban railway in the area of the city railroad in Suwon-gu, Busan, which was located in 677, on August 24, 2018, stating that “an adult was found to have used a juvenile card,” and “an adult was found to have obstructed the failure,” and assaulting C, which was called out by the head of the Busan Southern Police Station B, to check the Defendant’s personal information.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is a police officer, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the victim C's 112 report processing.
