Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The main contents of the instant lease agreement and the form in which the Defendants, etc. affix their signatures or seals to the said contract is as follows.

◆ 임대방식: 일괄 임대차( 금 회지 정형), 가설 자재를 면적 단위로 환산하여 일괄적으로 임대하는 방식으로, 공정에 따라 순차적으로 출고( 인도), 입고( 반환) 하고, 임대차 장소와 공 종을 특정하여 계약한다.
