A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From May 4, 2012, the Defendant, who had been dissatisfied with the disregarding from his superior while working as an employee in the Gosi-gu, Young-si C from around May 2008, was left from the said company on August 4, 2012 and did not return to the house, and was living in a soup, etc. in the vicinity of Suwon-si.
