Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2019, at around 00:17, the Defendant: (a) passed the said apartment house entrance through the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2 and fourth floor to open the interior structure of the studio building; (b) opened through the said apartment house entrance to the 2nd floor; and (c) divided the password of the inner stairs and the gate door door door door gate in which his children are living into the victim C (54 years old); and (d) opened the door gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate gate f of the same floor; and (b) then, the Defendant intruded the victim’s residence two times in the same way.
