A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant participated in the “F” assembly held in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E from D 15:30 to 16:30.
