1. The part against the defendant among the judgment of the court of first instance is revoked, and the plaintiff's claim corresponding to the revoked part is revoked.

In addition to the affairs referred to in subparagraph 1, matters prescribed by the Housing Act, the Enforcement Decree of the same Act and the Enforcement Rule of the same Act and Article 7 (Imposition and Collection of Management Expenses, etc.) (1) Management Expenses, user fees, long-term repair appropriations, etc. shall be imposed, collected and disbursed by the head of the management office in accordance with Article 45 (1) of the Housing Act, Article 58 of the Enforcement Decree of the

Article 12 (Termination of Contracts) (1) "A" and "B" may terminate the contract in any of the following cases, and may claim damages therefor:

1. When the term "B" prepares and submits false documents concerning financial status, housing managers, technical human resources, equipment, etc. in possession;

2. Where "B" enters into a contract by unlawful means, such as providing money and valuables;

3. Where the term "B" is revoked, and all or part of its business is suspended;

4. Where “A” or “B” has failed to perform a contract without any special reason;
