Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-V car at approximately 20 meters away from the street 13rd 2nd Donsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Red Do 151% in the state of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:15 on August 26, 2015.
