Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:52, the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Office for Integrated Investigation of the Police Station 21-Do, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu; (b) arrested and taken custody of an offender in the act of assault; and (c) arrested and detained by a police officer in the act of assault; and (d) a written confirmation of the body of the arrested Defendant, which is a public document used by the police officer B to have his/her signature and seal; and (c) damaged the Defendant’s body confirmation of arrest, which is a public document used by the police officer, to have his/her seal affixed
